Easy Skillet Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken
breast halves
1 16-oz. jar salsa
1 15-oz. can black beans, rinsed
1 11-oz. can Mexican corn
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook chicken in skillet over medium heat until browned on both sides (about
4 minutes). Add salsa, beans and corn. Bring to a boil and cover. Simmer over
medium heat 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Top with cheese. Remove from
heat. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 4.
